At Addison Sports Clinic, we help patients in Woodstock, GA recover from car accident injuries with personalized chiropractic care designed to restore movement, reduce pain, and support lasting recovery. Whether you are struggling with neck stiffness, lower back pain, headaches, whiplash symptoms, or soreness that keeps getting worse, we take the time to understand what your body has been through and create a treatment plan built specifically for you.
After a car accident, many people try to carry on with their normal routine even when something does not feel right. You may tell yourself the soreness will go away in a few days, only to notice your pain getting worse with time.
That delayed discomfort is common after an accident. The force of a collision can affect muscles, ligaments, joints, and nerves even when there are no visible injuries. Some patients begin noticing headaches while working. Others experience neck tightness while driving or sharp back pain when getting out of bed.
At Addison Sports Clinic, we understand how frustrating and stressful that experience can be. Our role is to help you identify what is causing the pain and guide you through a recovery process that feels supportive, clear, and personalized.
We focus on helping patients in Woodstock recover naturally through chiropractic care and rehabilitation strategies that address the root cause of discomfort rather than masking symptoms temporarily.
Not every injury appears immediately after a crash. In fact, many accident victims feel relatively normal during the first few hours because adrenaline temporarily masks pain and inflammation.
As the body begins reacting to the trauma, symptoms often start appearing gradually, including:
At Addison Sports Clinic, we do not believe in generic treatment plans. Every accident affects the body differently, which is why your care should reflect your unique condition and recovery goals.
As your trusted auto injury chiropractor in Woodstock, GA, we carefully evaluate your symptoms, spinal alignment, muscle tension, mobility restrictions, and injury history before recommending treatment.
Our approach focuses on:
The body experiences sudden force during a collision, which may strain muscles, irritate joints, and disrupt spinal function. Our accident-focused chiropractic care helps reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve physical function after an injury.
Whiplash can affect much more than the neck. Patients often experience headaches, upper back tightness, dizziness, reduced range of motion, and shoulder discomfort after an accident.
Our treatment approach is designed to calm inflammation, improve mobility, and reduce muscular tension so healing can occur more naturally.
Soft tissue injuries are one of the most overlooked problems after a collision. Muscles and ligaments may become inflamed or strained even when imaging tests appear normal.
We use rehabilitation-focused therapies to improve circulation, reduce scar tissue buildup, and support healthy movement patterns throughout recovery.
Restricted spinal joints can affect posture, flexibility, and nerve function after an accident. Chiropractic adjustments help restore proper joint movement and reduce irritation throughout the spine.
Patients often notice improvements in mobility, stiffness, and overall comfort as treatment progresses.
Frequency Specific Microcurrent is one of the advanced therapies available at our clinic. FSM uses gentle electrical frequencies to support tissue recovery and reduce inflammation.
This therapy is commonly used for accident-related pain, soft tissue irritation, nerve sensitivity, and persistent muscular tension. Many patients appreciate how comfortable and non-invasive the treatment feels.
Pain relief is important, but rebuilding strength and stability matters too. Corrective exercises help retrain the body so movement becomes safer and more efficient during recovery.
These exercises may focus on posture, flexibility, balance, core stability, and injury prevention.

EXCELLENT Based on 8 reviews Posted on Google Kevin BeaverTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jason Addison is one of the few chiropractors I've encountered who truly understands instability, hypermobility, and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS). After working with many practitioners over the years, especially in recent years since my life went sideways, I don't say that lightly. For people searching for a chiropractor who truly understands instability, hypermobility, and EDS, Jason is one of the few practitioners I've met who genuinely gets it. What sets Jason apart is that his knowledge comes from deep real-world experience, not just textbooks. He has a growth mindset unlike anyone I've met, especially in healthcare. He's constantly learning, experimenting, and refining his approach rather than assuming he already has all the answers. Too many practitioners operate with a closed mindset where if something isn't in a textbook, it doesn't exist. That's the standard mindset in much of healthcare but that's not Jason! From the moment we met, we hit it off like long lost brothers. That kind of connection is super important when you're dealing with complex health issues and need someone who will actually listen, have compassion, and think critically about what's going on. I'm not an easy case...quite complex as a matter of fact. I was born with a tethered spinal cord that went undiagnosed for over five decades, which led to lifelong spinal instability along with Eagle syndrome and multiple surgeries and regenerative medicine injections to address it all. People dealing with instability, hypermobility, or EDS know how often their symptoms are dismissed, misunderstood, or treated in isolation. Jason approaches these conditions very differently. After decades of navigating complex health issues, multiple surgeries, and working with more practitioners than I can count, I know the difference between someone going through the motions and someone who genuinely solves problems. In my experience, Jason solves problems. Jason originally studied software engineering, and it shows in how he approaches problems. He's a systems thinker. His approach makes sense because he doesn't treat symptoms in isolation. He looks at how everything connects and works to restore proper function across the entire system. His frequency-specific microcurrent (FSM) protocols are excellent. I had been using FSM for a couple of years before I started seeing Jason, but his understanding of how to apply it for instability and hypermobility opened up an entirely new level of effectiveness for me. Jason also offers other treatment modalities such as laser therapy and shockwave therapy that can be very helpful for patients like myself. It's incredibly valuable to have these types of options available in one place rather than having to bounce between multiple practitioners trying to piece together care. Jason is also deeply engaged during his sessions. He isn't the type of practitioner who rushes through an adjustment and sends you on your way. He pays attention, thinks through what he's seeing, and adapts his approach based on how your body responds. It's obvious that he genuinely cares about helping people get better. He also understands that patients with instability or hypermobility require a thoughtful and measured approach. Everything he does is intentional and adapted to how your body responds. To say that Jason is "just a chiropractor" would be like saying Dr. Joe Dispenza is "just a chiropractor". If you are familiar with Dr. Dispenza's work, you know exactly what I mean. Jason's staff are also extremely kind and personable, which says a lot about the kind of practice he runs. It's clearly a reflection of both a well-run business and Jason himself. I'm incredibly grateful that God brought him into my life at the right time. Sometimes the right people show up exactly when you need them. I only wish I'd found him years earlier. If you're dealing with complicated musculoskeletal issues, especially anything involving instability, hypermobility, or EDS, do yourself a favor and see Jason. You won't regret it!.Posted on Google Daniel WinsteadTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Incredible care team at Addison Chiropractic! Dr. Addison is FANTASTIC! I have EDS and he has been one of the only doctors to fully listen and has subsided my pain significantly.Posted on Google Nidya HernandezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I started FSM about a week and a half ago and all I can say is wow! My biggest concern was my pain, and I can definitely say it has improved drastically! On top of the pain, I’ve noticed so many of my other symptoms are dissipating! My sleep, pain, brain fog, constipation, throwing up, shakey hands, headaches, and anxiety have improved. I have more energy and feel overall more relaxed throughout the day! I’m so happy that I made the decision to try out FSM!Posted on Google Martha MayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I honestly wish I had found Dr Jason years ago. I have been dealing with health issues and horrible pain. It's been so bad that I became a hermit. Dr Jason was recommended to me and I have a hard time trying new doctors. I finally decided to call and broke an appointment. I was shocked in a good way at how understand Dr Jason is. He really took the time to see me and all the issues I am dealing with instead of just the one or two bad problems I have that need to be fixed. Just within in a week I feel like I have my life back. I'll let Dr Jason do the doctor talk. For those that don't understand doctor talk my daily pain has almost always been 9 or 10. Some days it feels higher. Within the first week I got that pain down to 5 for daily pain scale. That's huge! My anxiety is down. I'm not having the issue with my heart racing at random times. I'm sleeping better. Dr Jason is totally worth the drive. I'm excited and hopefully that I can feel like a normal person again and not a broken one that doctors couldn't figure out how to treat me or they would gaslight me. Highly recommend you book with Dr Jason and let him help you get out of pain. Let him help you get your life back. Thank you Dr Jason for seeing me and seeing all the problems and helping to treat them all.
